My Philosophy
Click each line to see the thinking behind it.
Stay curious.
Ask questions before jumping to answers. Curiosity helps uncover the "why" behind people's behaviors, leading to more thoughtful, human-centered design
Challenge assumptions.
Be willing to question your own thinking. The best ideas often emerge when you're open to being wrong.
Lead with Empathy.
Everyone has a story you can't see. I strive to approach every interaction with curiosity, respect, and a genuine desire to understand another person's perspective.
Diversify your Perspective.
Growth doesn't happen inside a box. Build a diverse portfolio, surround yourself with people who think differently, and stay open to ideas that challenge your own. The broader your perspective, the more meaningful your impact.
Have Fun!
Life is too short not to enjoy what you do. Stay playful, celebrate progress, and don't be afraid to laugh at yourself along the way. The best ideas often come when you're having fun.
And challenge this philosophy, too!
If it says the exact same thing in ten years, I've probably stopped growing—and that would be a pretty bad philosophy to live by.
